  • Well I work for Dell Tech support and yea this whole thing is normal...especially under consumer sales where 90% of the people are literally Idiots...thanks to God that they are stupid cause we have a job now...it just feels so good to earn money from someone's stupidity like this one...and if I were the agent I would do the same thing,just relax,act like nothing happened and never give in to the heat...at the end of the day I am just gonna log off my pc go home and live a wonderful life.

  • @DJDispopulate some companies have a policy abuse the agents and you will not be serviced. account gets closed and money is returned. customer gets black balled never to be serviced again. Banks have that policy in general. The customers are labeled the unbankable. Purty much POS customers that don't have much money anyway so why bother with them. These customers are more trouble than they are worth.

  • I worked for Toshiba and got customers like this nonstop. Used to sell laptops in Fry's Electronics Las Vegas -- I have respect for call center agents that do their jobs and deal with this time after time without slack.
