President Barack Obama urged Congress to extend the temporary payroll tax cuts that were enacted late last year during his annual State of the Union message. He also urged lawmakers to pass tax-reform so high-earners pay "their fair share." (Jan. 24)

The payroll tax cut will never happen because banks, corporate America, and many persons of congress -on both sides- have their foot upon the neck of the middle class working Americans with no intention of letting up because that is how they want it. Even of the payroll tax cut were to happen, it would amount to nothing. Wheres my paycheck from the banks and corporations WE bailed out after some of those who were bailed out payed the money back?
