@imbrandyeverett This is actually a pretty famous song, it's just an old song and a few other artists' renditions have been slightly more popular. Bruce Springsteen wrote this song back in 1978, and it cracked the Top 40 when 10,000 Maniacs covered it in 1993 (AMAZING version BTW, I HIGHLY recommend you check it out!): youtube dot com slash watch?v=H14R4ZsMM0E

hehe....well I am not American either....here we say eh? so I guess thats where boinkin came from :P....For sex we also say fuck , screw, do the horizontal mambo, park the sausage etc etc XD

@Drakyr01 You don't have to be a different country or race to be a different culture. People from New York are a different culture than people from LA. Culture was brought on by the use of the word "boinking." People from Seattle don't say "Y'all" like people from Georgia do. So, I would guess that people from my culture in Ohio, don't use the word "boink" like they do in your part of the US, because I've never heard it used before. We use, fuck, lay, bang, etc. Haha. This is a weird conversation

@tompetty1976 LOL wow book much? good god...anyway...my culture? what in the hell brought that one? I am assuming you're not English then ....or even American for that matter?

@Drakyr01 If you didn't know, Patti Smith didn't even write this song. Bruce Springsteen did. I'm not a fan of his. I can't stand chimes in Rock songs. I don't listen to much Patti Smith, but I know she's a true artist who has talent. Unlike this woman on this video. I also didn't say I felt sorry for you, I said I felt sorry for people who enjoy talentless music. I don't know you, and hell, you might even like something good. I don't know you, and you don't know me, so leave it at "Peace."

@Drakyr01 If you think "Having more talent than Smith" is being able to dace around half naked, then that's your opinion.but when I think of talent, I'm referring to MUSICAL talent. You probably aren't a musician, or know anything about music, but if you did, you wouldn't respect Cas quote as much because you could actually hear the editing faults and pitch changes in this track. If she needs so much editing on top of her actual voice to make it sound interesting, there isn't anything goodthere.

@Drakyr01 I'm used to writing a lot as a college student. I'm also not married, and I'm also a female, but I've never heard of fucking or getting laid as boinking. Guess I'm just not very diverse with your culture--probably don't want to be noticing your taste in music. If your opinions are calling Patti Smith a "pos" please, either keep them to yourself, or express your emotions by saying something different or not to me because I have an opinion too, but mine is actually supported byfact.
I LOVE IT !! i heard it this morning in the radio and i absolutely LOVE it !!! :D x
