  • @kimjunte . it could be your diet (meaning) you food intake, I recently found out that I have an allegy to flour and sugar. Once I went on my very managed food plan I release over 50 pounds. and I am stil releasing with execise. first check with your dr and have blood work done to see if you have a increase in gluten in your blood. Its also know as celic. I am hoping that I spell that right

  • Thank you for the video.

If I want to do a really serious workout(running), I always go at the morning on empty stomach. The lighter I can be the best the workout it is, I can run faster. There are no problems with digestion and water absorption. Of course I fuel on the run, with some date/celery water, or orange/carrot juice. Every people are different, but a good few runners are following this empty stomach method, before important workouts and races.

  • Is popcorn good or bad?

  • I have been subbing corn tortillas for any bread.....Is that any better or Im kidding myself.......
