@warrior2525 depends on your version, I play one right after the high A and F to the low A thing in the second part (If i remember correctly, I haven't seen the music in a while)

@sharpie660 you did a great job, i didnt mean to be mean.....keep it up bro

@warrior2525 The version I play is different when he goes F High A F High A Low A, I do a birl down to it. Also, I've only been playing a while and the only d throw I've used it Low G, D Gracenote, Closed C and then D. You have to think of the different versions man!

@sharpie660 there are no birls in this song dude...he is going of the COP green book.....and he is useing the light D throw

@sharpie660 You're right! Man it has been a while since I heard this. That was recorded a month after I started playing, and that was almost 2 years ago! Man time flies.

Hey Steve,
Technically the tempo is 50 BPM, however, in the recording it is set to 100 so that the eighth note gets the beat instead of the normal quarter (i.e. instead of 2 beats per measure in a normal 2/4 march, it is now 4 beats per measure). It sometimes helps me to more easily break down the rhythm when I first learn a piece.

Thanks for posting this...I'm just learning on the practice chanter and this is really helpful. Reading the music, I couldn't figure out how the song flows, but after seeing it here, I'm doing much better. Thanks!

Hey, thanks for the comment! I'm glad my recording has helped. One thing I would do slightly differently than this recording is shorten the F 16th note connected to the A dotted 8th note (in the 5th measure, and the 1st measure of part 2). I plan on recording a 2/4 march medley soon that includes Brown Haired Maiden, Corriechoille, & Teribus - which will reflect this revision.
Cheers,
Bud
