Saddly, The holy roman empire did not rule over the whole world, Much less the whole of europe, Babylons kingdom did not Rule of all the world and was limited TO parts of the middle east, alexander didnt bother italy, he only attacked Towards the east, So again, Not the whole world, And rome obveasly didnt Rule the whole world thats silly. the romans where not in north america. The revived holy roman empire is a prophecy that should be taken with a grain of salt at best.
