Maxie quickly covers herself when she almost lets it slip that Johnny was at Jakes instead of the hospital.

Then, Maxie questions whether Lulu is actually in love with Johnny or in love with the idea of what she thinks love is supposed to be.

Later Johnny shows up at Crimson while Lulu is gone and Maxie tells him that he should tell Lulu the truth about not having a job.

Meanwhile Lulu runs around doing jobs for Kate.

Maxie suggests that Johnny do some research on Luke and Laura. After he leaves, Maxie keeps quiet that Johnny came to see Lulu when she returns to the Crimson Offices.
