This basketball play starts out in the 1-4 set, which was made famous by John Wooden's UCLA teams in the 70's. After the point guard passes the ball to the wing, he cuts off the 5 man to the basket. That is the first look, called a UCLA cut.
If the point guard doesn't receive the ball, he sets a back screen for the 2 man who cuts towards the hoop. This is the second scoring opportunity.
Lastly, the 4 and 5 man set a down screen for the point guard who can either curl to the hoop (shown in the video) or stop and shoot the basketball.
