I would tell only my most trustworthy friend that I was going to die, and I would arrange it to look as though I was going to commit suicide via a note.

My friend would then dump my body off of a tall building, and then approximately 2 minutes later, they'd unfurl a humongous banner on which would be written "JUST KIDDING I WAS ALREADY DEAD".

Either that, or curl up at home and eat some ice cream.
