wow. at his age, I was struggling to find myself still. but I'm proud to say that I am in fact a gay man and it warms my heart to know that there are people out there who support me, and other LGBT's in this cruel world.

I did come out in the mid-90's, at the time in high school it was almost unheard of. I was bullied so much for so much time, but once I finally recognized who I was and came out, the bullying stopped. They knew they couldn't prey on my "weaknesses" because I was comfortable in accepting them. I came out at 15 years old and I never looked back.
