Yes it is THEIR JOB!! Read your history books about what government was created for in this country. It was FOR THE PEOPLE, PERIOD!! Not for the corps, which is where its' dance begins now. Jcj77, You are right, it is not the governments job to provide healthcare! But it would be nice if they could see the extreme abuse and try to regulate the industry! Nobody should ever be denied! as it stands now 99% are underinsured. Unless you are rich and can pay outright, you are at ther'ye mercy. If you are born with a condition you may be uninsurable! Go figure!

This is a good question for the candidates who plan on attending! Huckabee and paul should do pretty good here, The top three or four have schedule issues for this one right? At least that was the story last june.

With all the recent news about dog-fighting. I think the Government should required any and all people test and get licensed prior to becoming a breeder. This is big business and should be paying taxes! The procurement of any other items for resale are subject to rules set forth by the government and pay taxes. None of the candidates have answers to where we are going to get extra money to take care of our children and senior citizens' Healthcare.

Its not the responsibility of the government to meet the health care needs of uninsured and underinsured Americans. People who expect the government to do that are not going to vote republican in the first place. Its a wasted question.
