Such clean chops. Great video!

@MusicAndDaren I didn't use an amp. I went USB -> Audio Interface -> Logic. Exactly zero manipulation of the tone in Logic.
The only way pick noise could be heard would through my lapel mic.

robert, could you please do a video demoing how you hook up your guitar/hd500/amp/pa/interface/
pan-amp/fxloop etc, that could be very helpful for people with these confusions like me. thank you! -
robert, thank you very much

@rotren that's great. i've been waiting for some pedal demos without the manipulation of an amp for a while. to get the raw qualities of each effect pedal etc. love your work

@rotren Thanks for the info! Great videos!!

@rotren Okay thanks a lot for your help.
Some truly awesome authentic sounds for a digital bit of kit. This seems to be exactly what I'm after, to clarify, are you hearing what you're playing whilst also recording by connecting the HD500 to an amp? Great chops by the way.

@Carva123 I just use cheap Eden computer monitors. I would recommend KRK monitors - much better.

@rotren The cost of this kit and monitors for playback would be rather expensive, would I be right to assume that you can run this pedal through a normal amplifier and record into my computer without the speaker being muted? Thanks a lot.

@Carva123 You either run it into an amp, either through the fx loop or in the front, OR you use USB straight into the computer. If you plug into the computer, you need speakers (monitors) hooked up to your computer. Or you can use headphones. I don't think plugging the soundcard's output into a guitar amp would sound good. Makes sense?

Whats the diffrence in the hd products, and the m9 or m13 line 6 pedals?
rwbrdms1 11 months ago
@rwbrdms1 The HD products do amp modeling. They are also great for recording straight into a computer, or run through a PA. The M9 and M13 are stompbox modelers only - made to be run into a guitar amp and nothing else. They are great for that though! I use an M9 for gigging, and it sounds terrific into the front of my tube amp.
