Really?I am sure there were many of the conventional artists who thought little of andy warhol during his time.The superflat movement IMO is a push ahead for modern art from arguably the most culturally influential country today-Japan.

If you did today what andy did,thats imitation,not innovation or art is it?Superflat is the way ahead merely because of the potential it holds in accessibility to the masses.You can own a Murakami from as little as $3 or a few million bucks!
