i believe this is done with fbi sponsered groups like citizens corps so the eh os can be paid via the fbi and groups. It is all done via a satallite mazor beam type device inmy case and has gone on for over 25 yrs and no let up yet. targetguy777 most targeted people are law abideing citizens and the hells angels and other groups are not targeted with this at all.
