Brave 3 year old does NOT cry during her vacine shot at the doctors office

Daddy and I accompany Krystal to her routine wellness check up. She did a fantastic job listening to the doctors instructions and answering questions. At the end she even said, "I love the doctor". This video is of her getting one of her vacine shots. Daddy and I are talking trying to distract her while she gets her shot. I guess we talked so much that we ended up distracted each other because it happend so fast, we didn't realize she had got her shot. Krystal knew she was getting a shot and was alittle scared in the begining but I think it really helped that mommy and daddy were there. The secret weapon I was about to whip out were the jelly beans.

I hated shots when I was as young as Krystal. My mom or dad (or both!!) had to practically sit on top of me while I screamed at the top of my lungs! <:/ Some people have more tolerance to needles than others. But I think the fear comes from the anticipation of what's going to happen, not when the needle actually goes in.

@31operafan Your right, I'm pretty scared too. I can't watch the needle go in me. I use distraction for myself and my kids. Still, it hurts :)

I hate shots but when we had our cervical cancer jabs, I have to say it hurt, but I was fine :) but that was just the first one havnt had the 2nd or 3rd yet... :(
