14 defines citizenship, overruling Dred Scott v. Sandford (1857) which had excluded slaves and their descendants from Constitutional rights.
14 does not address the "natural born citizen" issue, only citizenship.

that makes mccain not nautral born citizen. his bc is valid. 14th amendment update: "All persons born or NATURALIZED in United States, and subject to jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of United States." Since Hawaii is part of USA, even if Barack Obama's parents were non-US citizens who hadn't step foot into US before he was born, he'd still qualify as NATURAL born citizen. entire congress wouldnt allow him to run if he weren't a citizen.this woulda come out before his presidency.go buy a clue!

What is a 'natural born' citizen? The definition is simple and clear: "...natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens." Emerich de Vattel, 'The Law of Nations or the Principles of Natural Law' (1758), § 212 - 215.
Irrespective of where he was born, both his parents are not US citizens.
His father was Kenyan. Obama is not natural born. Obama is not eligible to be president. Obama is an illegal usurper.
