  • @BillingeLump You know it is.....It really is! Thankyou....

  • Unmitigated genius

  • @ivrimark17v6 - the more the world comes to know of the genius that is Frank, the better it will be. World peace will blossom and the sky will be filled with rainbows and fuzzy unicorns. It is now your duty to spread the word of the genius of Frank and his tuneful ditties.

  • @OasisShmoasis And now I know that NachoAzul was putting ME on. Duh! I plead Yankee ignorance, living in a country where nobody's ever heard of Frank Sidebottom and shamefully few have heard Mull of Kintyre. You UK fans clearly worship both -- now I too am enlightened.

  • @ivrimark17v6 - Well, Sir Paul of Wings' Mull of Kintryre was a minor hit that got a little bit of play on local radio in the Scotland area. Whereas Frank's immortal Mull of Timperley was an international hit, number one on the charts in over 30 countries. So I don't know how you could have missed this song until now. But I am delighted that you have now discovered the everlasting genius that is Frank. I am hoping that Paul and Ringo will now complete some of his unfinished demos.

  • @NachoAzul1 By now you surely know that this is a parody of "Mull of Kintyre" which was released years before, in 1977. Still, your similar comment on one of the Kintyre videos led me to check out this Timperley version. Your mistake -- my gain! I never would have heard of Frank Sidebottom if not for that!

  • This is the best song in the history of rock and roll, ever. I am disgusted that Denny Laine, Linda McCartney and their son little Paul McCartney ripped it off without giving Sir Frank any credit.

  • LOng live FRANK SIDEBOTTOM ! Chris Sievey RIP! & Bloody Hell Wrap Up The Rockets! ( As the Freshies sang!

  • RIP Frank. You know he will. He really will. Thank you.

  • @LZTSK12 Terrible? Of course it is, that's the joke.
