If a Lesbian were fired for talking about how she thinks Christians are closed minded you'd understand.
The man was killed for being a Christian. BTL42 made a vid talking about how pissed off he hadn't learned his lesson and needs to reverse his thinking for her, before she would grant him his right to exist back.
The man was punished for speech. That is almost never right. The man also happened to have protection of his right to be a crazy ass in the same company policy. They laughed.

hmmm... perhaps i'm just not getting something here. how was this man's freedom impeded? why are the company rules irrelevant? these companies have been given the right to run their business as they see fit, but within the limitations of federal law. if this was a wrongful dismissal the company would be held accountable, wouldn't it?

heh, you'll never hear me claiming that the rules in the Bible matter dude. You've confused me with someone who knows when its right or wrong to punish Christians with one who approves of them. My angle is the Freedom Bullshit alone.
-
So you're saying the only rules that matter are those we get from the Bible?
-
Rules are nothing more than someone else's opinion about what's right. Company rules don't even trump law and I'm speaking at the level of the Constitution of the United States. I made a good vid where I suggested I will bring a copy fo the company policy to the Supreme Court so they can have a good laugh.
The companies rules are irrelevant.

and "shut the fuck up" isn't a neutral ruling about how to maintain peace in the workplace. BTL and yourself are advocating "Don't ask don't tell" for Christians. A very odd stance for those interested in equal rights for gays and lesbians.

companies have rules. i'm not calling his views wrong, i'm not calling the female worker's views right, the incident just should not have happened at all. which, yes, includes her talking about homosexuality. if this guy had a problem with hearing it, he could have talked to his boss about it, and he would have had a valid argument. but telling his fellow employee what he feels is a wrong choice by her isn't appropriate. now if you think the company has a bias, thats a different thing altogether
-
Indeed, but recognize that you're calling the Christian viewpoint unacceptable in the workplace where the "Lesbianism in the workplace" viewpoint is not ruled to be inappropriate. THe problem here is both that a decision is being made on which is the "offensive" viewpoint and also the Christian has been deemed "expungeable" because his religious viewpoint is ruled offensive. He was fired for being a Christian. He was laughed at, he terrorized nobody with his statements. The laughing is "hostile"

it's not the fact that he's thinking the wrong thing but it's when he choose to voice that thought. a workplace is filled with lots of ppl with lots of different opinions. to keep a functional workplace there needs to be respect amongst the workers. this guy saying that he thinks she's a sinner is inappropriate for the workplace. it's a lack of respect. as for the thought itself, he's allowed to think whatever he wants, but there's rules set in most workplaces that prohibit such discussions.
BTL42 was dead right in her support of the firing of this guy. And how in the hell is she a nazi or fascist? Huh
You are coming off like a complete idiot in this video. Just so you know
How in the hell is firing equivelant to killing?
I somehow doubt that you have read Orwell. You seem too ignorant to appreciate his work.

Nope, not right. Wrong. That's the opposite of right.
