Yes, over processed with perm and dye job. At the "professional"s" recommendation. The hair needed to rest from over abuse. Trims over a series of months would allow this bad hair situation to remedy. This drastic shearing shows the barber should have lost her study license, and had a 'civil law suit. Fire her. This hair nazi is NO professional. Send her back to the fast food joint at minimum wage to ask if you want fries with your order. Or clean toilets!
