  • Four months ago, I could only do 10-12, as of today April 20-2010, 30! I've done them every day! Hopefully on Jesus' birthday, I'll do 50+! I can't believe it, I'm getting stronger!!!

    A tip that helped me is to set very, very small goals so that they remain achievable.

  • Sijo (Larry Sanders) calls this one "Ox Plows the Field". You gotta go back up the same way you went down, though, is the only difference.
