Lower Spinal Cord Injury Procedure [traumatic history]

Video shows how lifeguards should deal with a conscious, potentially lower spinal-injured patient following a traumatic history.

Key Points:
* Patient should be encouraged to straighten legs for full head-to-to immobilization
* If victim cannot or will not straighten legs, support legs manually and pad as needed
