lol.....ur an idiot. if thats a serious question just dont work out. ppl who say that are u clearly joking with you, or want to hang out with someone that looks worse than themselves (which wuld be you if u stop working out) if u work out, u look better, thats all......

i had a problem im a little over weight im 6'1 250 i noticed that i started working out but i just got bigger my strenghth improved i benched 300 even and i thought i was working out good but everybody kept telling me i look fat... i didnt understand so i stoped working out and people say i look good... you have any suggestions?

Swiss ball like that is hard. I can do 50-60 pushups easy but using the ball about 12-15! Sir, you are an awesome PT!
do u have workouts to make the butt bigger? cuz i NEED that.

he just stared. ive been traing him for about to weeks. i train ALL of my clients for exactly 1hr and 20 min...go to my page, and youl see that i have many vids up and im on point likke a sniper! and you also need at leat 3hrs a week so i train em foe 3 dAYS AT A HR 20 MIN A PICE that adds up to four hrs.........a week.
