@89murph So ? Why can't people overturn their mistakes ? Besides what's so bad about being critical about the EU ? Even if some of them voted for it in the referendum. I don't see the problem here.
-
@89murph The EEC Act 1972 was already introduced by the Tories, come 1975 people knew what the Act was about and they voted 'yes' by a majority in the referendum.
-
@Thebeastcalledmydong The British had a referendum to join the EEC and in-result the Tory government introduced the European Communities Act 1972. This curbed the power of parliament and made EEC directives a part of the constitution, which was incorporated into domestic law. People knew what they were signing up for, so they should not complain.

@89murph Now that I think about it, you must be trolling. There is no other believable alternative.

@89murph Geeh. What a brilliant argument. I guess we'll have to accept anything the EU forces on us then and not use our freedom of speech to try to stop bad things from happening. You are truly a freedom loving intellectual.

You chose to join the EU, don't complain.

Funny how the signs above the literature says "free of charge". Is that not paid by the tax payers of Britain?
