Part 2 -The How to Guide DVD illustrates five helpful hints to enable people to feel confident in safely applying sighted guiding techniques for a visually impaired person who might need assistance in particularly difficult circumstances, such as at a busy road junction, in a railway station or entering a shop.

  • this is a really good video with a neutral (not patronizing) tone. the advice about placing the hand on the chair, the door and door frame is also really good advice. also great advice on the bus/train stations. those are the places i find the most disorienting. nice video and very refreshing! smile.
