excellent, you gave me the confidence to do this myself. my pads look thick. but the discs are heavy worn the lip around the edge is very large, Im also getting break judder that is starting to get worse.

Thank you so much for the excellent video.Mine is an A-Class but hopefully much the same.
Did the new bolts come with the rotor/disc as there is no manual so information is hard to come by.
I don't think Mercedes encourage you to do jobs yourself.

@Chippychap Hi, The bots you have to buy seperately, This is essential to replace them since they have locktite on the tips. I dont know the Torque value but no - one is strong enough to break them with normal tools. there are German manuals available on the net.

I need to replace front brake pads on a 2006 C280 4Matic. Is the procedure the same as in this Mercedes? What about the wear sensors? How do I replace them?

The procedure is the same, about the sensor, there is only one used I think on the left front wheel. I replaced them also, it will show itself very straight forward.

The wole set front and rear new rotors, pads, bolt around 600 euro.
