Think you mean that the other way round mate! Those coppers arent allowed to fight back so the cowardly thugs can kick and punch as much as they like safe in knowing they aint going to get hurt! If the police were allowed to take off their uniforms and dish it back all the scum would be crying into their dole cheques!

There are better ways to stop a guy from resisting, last time I checked punching them in the head wasn't a practiced tactic.
The other police officers there are acting fine, but there's a couple stepping out of line. The guy on the ground is also an idiot.. but he didn't deserve that.
Police are idiots too, generally a low IQ so really not surprised the situation escalates when police are supposed to do the opposite.

I know police abuse the hell out of their badges, but if theyre trying to arrest you, anjd you are resisting like this guy in the video, they are going to use whatever force that is deemed appropriate to subdue and arrest. I know that there are several cases of police going wild, but this video here seems that police did not use excessive force
