Nice drawing and neat stitching but that is NOT stem stitch. It is an adapted back stitch. Stem stitch is relatively easy to master -look at more videos on YOUTUBE. It has a very different look to the adapted back stitch. It is worth learning how to do it properly as it is a truly beautiful stitch. Good Luck!
