And he is proud of him by doing this kinda silly things , do you think any kind of knowledge if needed for doing this thing, never a small child could do this only keep you foot of the accelerator ,so why should someone do this?

@oldtruck07 It was a very smart suggestion. In this kind of cases the air filter would suck in water causing the engine to seize. The guy shouting kill it didn't realize that this guy had a snorkeler on which means the air filter was only sucking air through the tube that was not yet submerged.
