Edifício Kavanagh - Jóias Urbanas - Buenos Aires

Na primeira vez que vi este edifício, em Buenos Aires, lá no fim da Calle Florida, em frente à Plaza San Martín, fiquei impressionado: pareceu-me a morada do Batman.
Na segunda vez que me deparei com ele, era fim de tarde e não havia boa luz para fotos.
Mas, agora, no mês passado, janeiro, consegui fotografá-lo numa manhã ensolarada.
Este edifício tem história: foi construído por uma grande fazendeira argentina no início do século passado.
Foi um marco na construção civil argentina, por usar concreto armado e pelas dimensões - foi o maior prédio de Buenos Aires na época.

In the first time that I saw this building, in Buenos Aires, there at Calle Florida's end, in front of Plaza San Martín, I was impressed: I thought the home of Batman.
In the second time that came across with him, it was end in the afternoon and there was not good light for pictures.
But, now, last month, January, I got to photograph it in a sunny morning.
This building has history: it was built by a great Argentinean 'fazendeira' in the beginning of last century.
It was a mark in the Argentinean building site, for using armed concrete and for the dimensions - it was the largest building of Buenos Aires at that time.
