@oilycassandra He was out by a year or two it began to go in 2007 and it did crash in 2008. Even the government say that the financial sector would have collapsed if it wasn't bailed out, Freddie May, Fannie Mac and other gov owned insitutions own 90% of all mortgage is the US. That means the US government are keeping the housing market propped up, and still they have record levels of home foreclosures.
