Video of the WOGA Acrobatic Gymnastics team training in the winter of 2008-2009
Senior Elite Men's Pair - Dylan Inserra and Axl Osborne
Level 4-7 Athletes: Zach, Alex, Samuel, Jordan, Mara, Lindsay, Kristen, and Kate
Most of the footage is of us at WOGA, in Plano, Texas (home of 2004 Olympic Champion Carly Patterson and 2008 Olympic Champion Nastia Liukin), and some footage is from Empire AcroGymnastics & Cheer in Riverside, California.
Look for us in competition next at the 2009 JO National Championships in St. Paul, MN (7/12/09 - 7/16/09) and at the 2009 Visa Championships in Dallas, TX (8/12/09 - 8/15/09)

@slightlyshattered i can't put videos up but if i could i would! but seriously? bent knees and toes aren't really going to win them the gold or anything at all would it? i would know what i'm saying, i'm a coach for acrobatics myself.

@jcloverx Which part, in particular? This is also a very old video. We ended up winning nationals three years in a row, and made it to finals at the world championships.
