Five people clicked "disliked"? Really? Maybe they should have turned on the audio. This was great. Loved it.

I picked up a Gulbransen Rialto II and I'm getting the Leslie 720 and two 540's here in a couple weeks for $200. The Rialto was a trade deal where I clean the carpet of the building it was in. Sweet deal for me. Now today what would show up, but an Elegante for less than those Leslie's even. Actually it was posted yesterday so I find it very unlikely that it's still available, but you never know. Organs are N-O-T popular. Why is it that I have always been into the most under rated stuff?

Hi, and well done :) I just actually found out that I have the sheet music for this song :) I'll have to play it now... If I can make performance of it about half as good as yours, I'll be pleased :P

This offering is 'not your best'? DISAGREE!! Its excellent!!!

Great playing! You are a true talent. Oh' how the fake talents hurt the ears(lol). So according to the 'organ list' this organ tone wheel isn't shown for the Elegante. Is it a tone wheel or an IC organ? I just picked up a Wurlitzer 625T in mint condition for $100. I really want an Elegante, but this seems to be the next best thing sort of. Many of these mid-late 70's beasts have their own personalities. I'll live with it. The built in Leslie has just one small 10" speaker- any ideas to upgrade?

Well done. Nice sound on the "old" Hammond. Try to keep that organ going :)
If more people would play an organ in this fashion, the instrument wouldn't have had the stigma of being "cheesy". Spread this around, and try to teach some people how an organ should be played.
I have this organ's younger brother, the Hammond XH-200. (European version of the XH-272 Elegante.) If i can perform this song with only 75% of your skill someday, I will be pleased.
(Returning to organ after 10 years...)

That was really great, love the block chords, put me in mind of Milt Buckner, not easy to play like that so smoothly, Thanks for sharing your talent.
Have been looking for an Elegante I could afford. Found one for $86.00 that works 100%. Filthy, but it cleaned uplike new! What a find.

@hammondguy100 Sure wish I could find one like that. I would use it for spare parts. I'll just have to keep my eyes and ears open for one. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I have enjoyed mine. It is a rather unique organ to say the least.

Hi Ike, Thanks for the comments. This was my 1st attempt here on YouTube. Being retired, thought I'd just "mess' around with the music a little. Since I don't do any commerical playing anymore, I just decided to try putting some songs on here. At least I'm keeping the old 'fingers' limbered up. I enjoyed checking out your videos. If we ever get down Florida way, we'll see if we can't locate you, and take a listen in person. Bob

Garry, Thank you for the very nice
comments. This was my 1st attempt here on youtube. Some of my later additions are somewhat better - (at least to me). One of these days, I'll get it right. And yes, I couldn't agree more, I do know where my "gift" comes from !. I hope you enjoy some of the other songs too. I am working on more to upload to here - I just don't have them all worked out yet.
