Wrong Place at the Wrong Time

*First Official Short Film* * Was Entered into Equinox Short Film Festival lost out due to Classifications.


The synopsis is about two eighteen year old teenagers who want to go out and go for a drink. They arrive at a bar/restaurant in a small town called Geelong and find somewhere to sit and order some beer. They start talking about random things like where they do or a job or will they go to university and time passes by quickly. One of the teenagers gets up and head off to the toilet feeling a little off course (drunk) he walks into the wrong room and witnesses an execution by a gangster. He looks at them in horror and they look back at him. He slams the door and runs out to the foyer and grabs his mate and they go outside. The witness gets into the drivers seat and they drive off.
The gangsters walk out and get in their car and chase the teenagers down the road. The teenager that witnessed the execution drives at high speed looking back to see if the gangsters are chasing him. The mate is freaking out and asking what is going on, the driver/witness explains in short breath of what is going on and then the gangsters catch up to them and they begin shooting at the car. The teenagers swerve off the road and apply the breaks.
They both get out and run as fast as they can and run across a park and his mate falls over not noticing the witness keeps running and hides in another car. The gangsters catch him. He looks in horror as his mate get shot in the chest. The gangsters head back to the car and as the teenager gets out of the car he finds a gun on the side pocket of the door. He runs up and fires it at them and a bullet hits the petrol tank and the gangsters are incinerated. The teenager walks over to his mate and becomes emotional. And it fades out.

the visuals pretty good...and the camera angles were top notch well done
