Are inc cholesterol, triglycerides, cortisol levels, androgen levels and dec progest levels a response to altered blood sugar handling?

    It is just you! I 100% of the time, unless I mention it, just go off the top of my head. I don't want to be like the other people and just read. Sometimes my mind wanders and I look at other things on my computer, but I am never reading.

  • So, someone who needs thyroid medication, has insulin resistance and is overweight should be... lowering carbs, right?

    My mums in this situation, i've just gotten her onto low carb recently.

    If someone followed low carb for a while, became a healthy weight, and then went on a better balance as you suggested would that potentially cure the insulin resistance and stop them needing thyroxine?

    Damn good video today :).

    Not low carb, but NO grains or processed foods. The body still needs glucose, so squashes and below ground veggies are the best choice for someone such as you mom!

  • hey isnt high testostorone levels good? bodbuilding forums have done extensive research into this and its shown a posotive correlation with weight loss clarity of thought etc etc, and literally 0 bad benefits, of course im not saying inject testostorone, yet one would want to keep his natural testostorone levels as high as possible not be lowering? hey im just going on knowledge that is out there i dont study this in detail but just google it testostorone is said to be very beneficial
