Train like a triathlete

Triathica is a place created for triathletes, by triathletes. It is the first fitness center of its kind dedicated SOLELY to the sport of triathlon. There are other places out there offering triathlon coaching and training, but it is usually done as a supplement, not the core. Triathica is THE place in Orange County, CA for specialized triathlon coaching, nutritional guidance, strength training, state-of-the-art training equipment, and networking with fellow triathletes. awesome!!! Is it to much of a problem if I have a mountain bike seat on my road bike?? Last week I saw a new movie, “Discover the Gift”, which talks about being true to yourself and do whatever you do best giving 100% all the time. This video made me think about it… I loved it!
