Sarin and Sonam are the directors of The Sun Behind The Clouds: Tibets Struggle for Freedom, a documentary about the Tibetan people's continued struggle for freedom. The winner of the 2010 Vaclav Havel Award, the film follows the Dalai Lama as well as other Tibetans over the course of the eventful year of 2008.

Sarin 和Sonam是《云后的太阳》—— 一部关于藏人为自由持续抗争的纪录片的导演。影片记述了达赖喇嘛和其他藏人在多事之秋的2008年中的事迹，为此赢得2010年度哈维尔奖。

Thank you so much. Now I'm eager to see your film. I'd just like to say that Buddha's Middle way means not falling into extreme positions of eternalism and nihilism. Or, it may less commonly be applied to moderation in behavior. Like avoiding extremes of asceticism on one side and indulgence on the other. It isn't a middle way between truth and falsehood. Tibet's independence is a historic truth that can't be changed for political expediency.
