Drafting Simple Circle Skirt Pattern

First off I want to apologize for being away from YT for such a long time and not doing the Halloween costumes I promised to do. I am still going to upload them anyways (not all at once but sparingly amongst other tutorials) just in case you guys have a costume party to go to in the near future!

Bustier Pattern: For it to come out accurately you must save the file and print it out on standard U.S letter paper that is 8.5 X 11 inches. MAKE SURE that if your printer asks, you should print so that fits the paper and not fit to scale. The pattern is made to fit me which is a French size 6 and US size 2. You can tweak the pattern a bit by playing with the side seams to make it fit you a bit better. Seam allowances is 1/4" which is already incorporated into it.

@Helloaybubu I would love to but that dress took me about two weeks to do...because the top are half inch strips....sewed...turned to the right...ironed..and then each strip was hand sewn individually. LOL I am known for things like that at my school.
