I once considered getting a Sims game to make some Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts characters on it... But now I don't think I want to. O.o God forbid I end up with a pregnant Riku or something. P.S.- Dude, he put the baby on the floor!! :O

You can download Sim items from the official Sims website. This includes fan made items like video game characters and original characters, and even celebrites. Aliens are already in the game.

I dont know if there is a cheat for it, but you have to get abducted by aliens, and if its a male character, he always comes back pregnant.
