JFK 50 2010 MilesRun with Mr. Incredible JFK50

Our JFK 50 video, compliments of Paul Silberman (Mr. Incredible) starts off at the end of the Appalacian Trail where our runners have just finished about 15 miles of serious trail running. They will now get ready for the remaining 35 miles of the scenic C&O canal Towpath including about 8 miles of a hilly country road that will take them to the finish line in Willaimsport. It was a glorious day and the way Sarah Amanda described it "Marathons are tough, but something about the 50 it really brings everyone together. I guess when you push yourself beyond what you think you are capable of doing and you get to rejoice in that accomplishment with others it's a very cool experience." There was a huge camaraderie amongst everybody and a general "high". Even the support group talked about and relived the race for weeks after.
