@bohmaniac Yes, for the best effect wear it over the painful spot and adding clear quartz will amplify and focus its effect as well. By physician, I do mean someone who it medically trained, but not necessarily an MD, you could try a naturopath, or maybe a psychic healer, reiki master, someone who may be able to help pin point your blockage and then help you remove it.

Thanks, seems like a chrystal would be a good buy. Does it have to reside precicely where the pain is at, sort of in the middle of the throat? That would be a short necklace in that case ;p.

But physician...? You mean a doctor? I think my problem is purely mental/spiritual, since it comes and goes depending on what I'm doing or what my mood is.

@bohmaniac if you are experiencing pain in your throat you should have a physician look at it. Crystals are great for energetic blocks in the mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, but not the most effective on the physical body once the dis-ease or illness has occurred. However, you may use any light blue crystals to aid in the opening of that chakra, which will remove energy blockages and cleanse the chakra.
