  • wadddidd yah sayyyyyy ? thats a weird looking trap . . when is the vid from ? 1959 ?

  • This video was made in 2008 on the French Canadian Magdalen Islands.  The trap is a traditional form, hand made by the lobsterman. The French word for herring is "hareng" which is hard to understand on this tape. He describes the bait as, flounder, stomach side up, 2 herring, mackerel.

  • In the beggining of the season I use salmon...It works..expensive,but they will eat in your trap and they can never leave..
