The Police say there is NO EVIDENCE of this unreliability,saying the camera only photographs GUILTY speedsters exiting camera.The police claim ignorance,but study this video, taken Oct 2008,Bristol Rd,Edgbaston,West Midlands, and judge if the missing EVIDENCE of faults can now be PROVEN.Amazingly the U.K Police operate in PARTNERSHIP with COURTS and are supposed to always do visual secondary check on the photos, but they don`t.Only legally registered cars are punished, not foreign or false plates who are exceptional dangers.IMPOSSIBLE to obtain Justice in Birmingham when collusion between Authorities. Serco manage the cameras with objective of revenue generation under pretext of road safety.At least two people have been killed in a pile up at this EXACT site.The Chief Constable, Sir Paul Scott-Lee, has been advised but he won`t do anything at such a good revenue earner.SOMEONE must have the authority and integrity to sort it before further accidents occur.The camera was DEFINATELY active prior to this clip being taken,as evidenced by a RECENT court prosection.
