3gb of memory and 2gb with the AMD graphics and 1.6GHz AMD e-350. yup I got the same thing.

I have the same CPU like yours but mine is an hp dm1z can I run call of duty black ops in it?

@Davesf9090 portal 2 does not use a lot of resources to run. I would imagine that if you tried playing black ops on your laptop you are going to have a 15fps gaming experience. (not recommended). give it a try. let me know how it goes.
