BURAKA SOM SISTEMA have introduced the world to kuduro, the Angolan dance culture, and we couldn't help asking them back. The reason is very simple: it's impossible to resist their crushing bass rhythms, breathtaking percussion and the rough finish of their foolproof collection of dancefloor hits. It is an unpolished and almost tribal sound that has won over M.I.A. and Diplo, both self-confessed fans of the project, which comes across marvellously in their live show. 100% pure adrenalin.
