  • @leaftechno That's just a song. And John DID regret writing run for your life

  • Catch you with another man and thats the end lil Cyn...ahh lil girl

  • @leaftechno who doesn't act like that?

  • bah I always see people complaining about modern music on videos like this. Yeah, modern popular music sucks. It's hard to find good music on the radio. It's always been that way (although in the 70s, 60s, and early 90s I think popular music was relatively good.) Check out something like In Rainbows by Radiohead. I can see fans of The Beatles absolutely loving that album, and not without reason. It's fantastic

  • thx padfoot,,,they soundgreat...best album...nicely done..

  • It´s funny, in the same album John praises the word love in one song, while says that prefers see his girl dead than with another guy... What kind of love is that?

I love the Beatles, but this is so icoherent!

  • @megabatmanfan sucks for you man, i cant walk the halls at my school without seeing someone with a beatles shirt on or something. i agree, music today is nothing but mass marketing brainwashing shit with no artistic thinking, or writing on the 'artists" behalf, hell half of them dont even write their material.

  • This album is fantastic!

  • @megabatmanfan That's odd, I teach at a vocational high school, and most of the young music fans really LIKE The BEatles.......btw, love Batman too!

  • Re: "Run For Your Life" ... John had some abandonment issues. If you know about his upbringing then you know why. Doesn't make me like him any less. But there was a reason they put it as the last song on the LP - this is not what open up with!

  • "I'd rather see you dead little girl" ??

    Damn thats fucked up.

  • I think the long pauses between songs are good, because it might keep Youtube from removing the video.

  • i really really like Run For Your Life, but sometimes the lyrics creep me out.

  • I really wish kids these days would listen to great music like this instead of the crap that is made these days. I say that because whenever I talk about The Beatles at school, people just laugh and think they suck. IF ONLY WE COULD FIGURE OUT WHY MUSIC THESE DAYS BRAINWASHES PEOPLE!!!!!!!! RRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Mark David Chapman needs to be dropped from an airplane, no chute, stat

  • George said Rubber Soul and Revolver could be Vol I and Vol II but to me Rubber soul has a more earthy sound at times bordering on C&W and the last of the vocal la-la-la-la-la-la-la background vocals. Run for your life is where the Monkees got their "Last Train to Clarksville" Revolver is smother, and more experimental and existential. Both great albums along with Sgt Pepper's and Abby Road - my fab faves.

All you need is love (and a pizza)

  • Songs like this and Bobby Dylan made the staff of Ms. magazine and woman's lib magazines very happy...Dan O'Nealon

  • @tasteofmadness Any time friend!

  • @DoGeeseSeeGod24 He really did.

  • @MrBeatles5 And George also helped Ringo write some good songs (Photograph, It Don't Come Easy, maybe some others) and he also came to Paul as a spirit and helped him write Friends To Go.

But this is totally random, and my mind is all mushed up..

  • @tcvicesquad LOL.

Usually I would hate on comments like this, but that was funny shit.

  • "Run For Your Life" always inspired me to keep the pimp hand strong.

    Thank you, Beatles!

  • Remember how "Run for your Life" and a lot of Dylan songs were so popular with the "Women's Lib" movement right up through Aerosmith's "Dream On". The Staffs of those magazine used to love these songs in 60's and early 70's...Dan O'Niallain, Grafton, Ma.

  • @MrBeatles5 sorry meant to put sixty...lol
