excellent concept. this is really well put together. what did you make it on?

@MicahBuzan - Started with some hand drawn assets first, then after scanning them, drawing lip-syncing inside Flash, followed by some effects in After Effects - wanted to hang onto the cut-out look for that homespun appeal - Thanks Micah for checking it out

I am trying to decipher your goals in producing this cartoon.

You obviously have the talent, creativity and discipline to make high quality entertainment.

But fictionalizing such serious matters is an unfortunate disservice to the real life victims of government mind control experiments. People are more likely to blur the facts and dismiss REAL MKUltra as fiction.

I would discourage presenting MKUltra in this format.

Please continue making such awesome, enjoyable entertainment!
