MISSION TRIP sees EVIDENCE of GIFT of HOLY SPIRIT.wmv

Wanda Herman describes a Missions Team visit to Columbia, South America where they met local villagers and prayed for them. The group was from Birmingham Alabama at a large mega church once known as Huffman Assembly which later became Cathedral of the Cross.

The interesting part is that this proved that the gift of the Holy Spirit or the Holy Ghost (King James Version) is given with a PROOF or EVIDENCE that one received the gift. The woman Wanda prayed with was a local Columbian woman who spoke only Spanish. She did not know any English. When she received the gift, she began to speak in English and PRAISED GOD. Acts Chapter 2 tells the account of the local Galileans, who knew no other languages than local Aramaic. Many who had come to the feast, who had stayed for Shavuot (Pentecost) after a unique Pesach (Passover) where the Son of God was crucified, were still in Jerusalem. It had been only fifty days since the crucifixion. These Jews were educated and from various parts of Europe, the Middle east and Asia who had a mandatory requirement by GOD to attend Pesach. Since it was so unique, this particular Passover, they stayed on to see what would happen at this next feast. They were the first to hear languages spoken by uneducated locals AFTER having received the Holy Spirit GIFT.
