  • Thansk for the comments. Dr. Haney

  • There was a lot of noteworthy information in this. However, after viewing it,I am unsure as to what Garvey's plan was or how anyone could hope to unite people with such opposing ideas. Should people agree because they have the same color skin and come from the same continent or should they agree because they hold the same principles? 2010-sec.11--Amy Boggess

I did not fully understand what the main idea indicated. I do know that it had a broad introduction regarding independence.

  • didnt understand garvey's plan... but i dont think blacks would agree with this... Lester Joyner

  • @fmcneillii doesn't*

  • @curious2understand What opposing ideas? The idea was independence. I don't know one sane black person who does agree on that.

  • Opposing ideas, and principle? I failed to understand what you were implying. When people began to question the past, the facts and reasons why certain things happened, you can almost assume that the views are opposing the ones that would have every person to be treated as equals or with the same Principles. The information was to give more of an biography of who the man Marcus Garvey was and how he lived and died. I found the information to be very informative. P.Tankard 2010-11

  • like john henrik clarke says that their needs to be a serious reassement of marcus garvey.
