Shiva (Nitin), is a guy who believes in the Taxman strategy robbing the rich to feed the poor. Shiva soon comes to know of the 500 crore rupee booty stashed away at the Home Ministers (Ahuthi Prasad) residence. He sketches out a plan to steal that money and succeeds in it. The Mafia comes to know that their money is stolen and as retaliation, the Don kidnaps the Home Ministers daughter, Krishna Veni (Ileana). He asks to pay him back his 500 crore and for the release of his arrested men in exchange for the ministers daughter. Krishna Veni being his girlfriend, Shiva flies to Dubai and fights off the baddies to rescue her. Shivas efforts to bring back his girlfriend forms the basic substance of the film.
