Balloon Boy going to jail?

Well, apparently a six year old kid named falcon was supposedly trapped in a balloon which soared the sky's for hours on national television and millions were worried until finally the balloon came down and when investigators searched it, no kid was found so that led many people to believe the whole thing was fake and a publicity stunt to get the family noticed and thats exactly what it was, it turns out the whole thing was a publicity stunt for some reality tv show to be known and whos the blame for this? All blame is going to the dad for setting this whole thing up, while on Larry king, Larry asked some specific questions towards the dad and his child falcon and when it got to the whole he wasn't in the balloon situation the boy said "but dad you said it was for the show" which made me laugh incredibly and put alot of people in awe as they now know the truth of how the dad of six year old falcon set up this whole stunt for a show. That just goes to show you how far people will go to get famous nowadays. I mean i know the economy is rough but cmon now lol anyway now there saying the dad of falcon "Balloon boy" can now face charges for conspiracy and other charges and could face some serious jail time (Lets hope so lol) anyway thats all the news on it so far i will keep you guys updated ;)
